Taiwan Offshore Wind Farm

Forma Management was appointed by Taiwan Cogeneration Corporation (TCC) to perform in-depth review and analysis of a potential EPC contract regarding an Offshore Wind Farm being developed by a top-tier international developer in Taiwan.  The developer, being one of the largest energy utility companies in the World, had strict contractual and performance demands. Forma identified Risks & Opportunities within the bidding process, producing suggestions on how to mitigate the risks and materialize opportunities or, alternatively, propose a different way forward.
