The Forma Management team has some of the most experienced specialists of the industry. Decades of practice dealing with the most challenging projects are the main reason to gather this know-how in all stages of the project.
Our founder has developed and delivered major projects in Europe (Portugal and UK), Africa (Mozambique) and Asia-Pacific (Taiwan, South Korea, Japan and Vietnam).

Marco Amaral
Founder & Sole Administrator
Our Founder has 23 years’ experience in leadership, development and execution roles. Marco spent 8 years in offshore wind working in development and execution projects in the UK, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea and Vietnam.
Prior to founding Forma Management, he was Senior Project Manager for Ørsted where he was responsible for the development of all onshore transmission systems in Asia Pacific and simultaneous the execution of the onshore scope of the first large scale offshore wind farm in Taiwan. Before Ørsted, Marco held senior roles in large infrastructure projects in the UK and Mozambique.
Marco is currently based in Andorra. He holds a Bachelor Honours Degree of Civil Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto in Portugal.
Carlos Pereira
Head of Engineering
Our Head of Engineering has over 14 years’ experience in engineering, development and execution roles. Carlos spent 10 years in offshore wind working in development and execution projects in the UK, Denmark, Germany, Netherlands, Singapore, Taiwan, Japan and U.S.A., amongst others.
Prior to joining Forma Management, he was Senior Technical Project Lead for Ørsted, where he was responsible for the deliveries required for both Offshore and Onshore Substations Control System, Protection, WTG SCADA and Metering systems. Before Ørsted, Carlos held Technical and Management roles in Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy, EDP Renewables and EFACEC.
Carlos is currently based in Portugal. He holds a Master of Science of Electrical and Computers Engineering from the University of Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro in Portugal and a Post-Graduate Degree in Electrical Power Systems Engineering from the University of Manchester in the UK.
ROGER WILLS
Head of Contract Management & Claims
Our Head of Contract Management has over 35 years’ experience in procurement, claims & contract management. Roger spent 10 years in onshore and offshore wind working in development and execution projects in the UK, Taiwan, Japan and Norway. He is both a citizen of the United Kingdom and New Zealand.
Prior to joining Forma Management, he was Senior Contract Manager for Ørsted, where he was responsible for all deliverables related to Claims & Contract Management in different Packages. Before Ørsted, Roger held senior roles in Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy, Kajima Corporation and Nordex Group. Previously, Roger was involved in major civil infrastructure projects across the world.
Roger is currently based in the UK. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from Southampton University, holds Post-Graduate diplomas in the UK and International Commercial Arbitration and is an Accredited Mediator, Registered Adjudicator (Australia) and Qualified Barrister (England and Wales).
LUÍSA CABRAL
Head of Talent & Performance Management
Our Head of Talent & Performance Management has 19 years’ experience in leadership, development and execution roles. Luísa spent 17 years in the construction industry in development and execution projects in Portugal, the UK and Taiwan.
Prior to joining Forma Management, she was living in Taiwan, where she was developing personal projects. Before that, Luísa held senior roles in infrastructure projects in the UK, Mozambique and Zambia.
Luísa is currently based in Andorra. She holds a Bachelor Honours Degree of Architecture from the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Porto in Portugal and an International Master’s Degree from Department of Architecture of the University of Rome Tre in Italy and University of Valladolid in Spain.
