Forma Management was appointed by Star Energy Corporation (SEC) to provide Engineering & Management consultancy services for the Project, Contract & Design Management of Greater Changhua Offshore Wind Farms CHW2204 Onshore Transmission Systems Execution. Over a period of 24 months, our team worked together with SEC, culminating in a successful energisation and back-feed to offshore operations within the QHSE targets, on time and on budget.
